We want your Popfri order to arrive correctly and as expected. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are handled.

Return Window

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email hello@popfri.com before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging where possible.
  • Items must include all original accessories, tags, and packaging materials received.
  • Final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, personalized, or clearly used items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@popfri.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item. Shipping costs paid at checkout may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Refund Timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
